This work is not as complete as Chase's book; however, it is very clear and concise. It is full of good information, and worth owning for anyone interested in this particular postage stamp.

My copy of this book has some discoloration and edge bending on the cardback cover, but the binding and overall construction of the work is sound. Some discoloration of the pages near the spine, and the pages have yellowed a bit. Overall it is in relatively good condition.
